V3 Patch Notes

- Added fade in/out scene transitions

- The puzzle will visually reject attempts to violate the row/column constraint

- Fixed bug where extra window pops up and quickly disappears on puzzle load (debugging holdover for logging)

- Fixed bug where puzzle index buttons are updated to incorrectly-ordered numbers on board selection page change
